All orders placed before Midday are packaged and shipped the same day wherever possible. Orders weighing less than 1kg are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and will arrive with your normal post, but will require a signature. Orders above 1kg are sent by Courier and may arrive any time between 8am and 3pm.
All orders will generally arrive within 2-5 working days from the date you place your order, with over 90% of orders arriving within two working days.
Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If no one is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact and re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from the courier in question.
